Yes! You can upgrade to annual billing at any time. We'll prorate your current billing cycle and apply the credit to your annual subscription.
What happens if I downgrade from Superfan to Fan?
You'll retain access to Superfan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your store will remain visible but you won't be able to add new items. All earned loyalty points remain in your account.
Can I cancel my Superfan subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do collectible royalties work for Superfans?
Superfans can mint officially licensed with automatic royalty splits. When your collectible is resold, you automatically receive a percentage (typically 5-10%) of the sale. Artist royalties are also automatically split as configured.
Is there a limit to how many collectibles I can create?
Free users can create and purchase personal collectibles. Superfans have unlimited commercial collection minting with bulk generation tools and can list colletibles for sale and platform commission + music artist royalty are deducted upon sale.
